Movement expert, mind-body specialist, author, and Feldenkrais practitioner Scott Forrester returns to the show to discuss the depth of the meaning of the word freedom, the true spirit of a warrior, and how to get what you want in life.
Scott explains that freedom liberates you to be able to make choices, to let go of the expectations others put on you as well as the ones you put on yourself. He also describes the process of organic learning, especially as it pertains to movement and achieving a higher level of function and accomplishment in physical pursuits. Scott also explains the difference between thinking before action, competition versus learning, and using awareness to keep ourselves safe.
