Stacy Barrows is a wife, mother, avid runner, swimmer, and life-long learner. She is also a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, Certified National Pilates teacher, Doctor of Physical Therapy, author, owner of Smart Somatic Solutions, PT, and contributing author of the newly released book, The Feldenkrais Method. Stacy is passionate about teaching others to move better, feel better, get out of pain, and live the life they deserve.
